One package, one standard
A villa can have twenty or more interior doors. We schedule them together, so frames, finishes, hinges and handles match from room to room and the installation runs as one programme. Bedroom and bathroom doors can be specified with different cores and seals while looking the same from the corridor.

Interior doors for Dubai villas and apartments
Interior doors are the doors you live with: every bedroom, bathroom, study, dressing room, pantry and corridor. Done well, they are the quiet background that makes a home feel finished, the same leaf, the same frame detail, the same handle finish repeated through the house. Done badly, with a mix of builder's doors and mismatched handles, they undo a good interior. We make interior doors as a coordinated package: measured together, drawn together, made to one design and installed in one visit.
Room door designs
Flush doors in walnut, oak or smoked oak veneer are the contemporary standard. Painted flush doors with a shadow gap frame suit minimal homes. Panelled and shaker doors in paint suit classic villas, and the Kids Palace Nursery project shows them with brass pulls and matching wall moulding. Full height doors to the ceiling make rooms feel taller. Glazed doors with reeded or clear glass bring light into studies and kitchens. Each design has its own page under interior doors, and all of them can be drawn in the door designer.
What is in the package
Every interior door we make comes as a set: the leaf on a solid core, the frame, the architrave or shadow gap profile, hinges, latch or lock, the lever handle and the seals where they are needed. Doors are machined for their hardware in production and arrive ready to hang. Installation includes fixing the frame, hanging and adjusting the leaf, fitting the hardware and sealing the architrave to the wall.
Finishes and what they cost
Interior doors come in three finish families. PU paint, sprayed in the booth in matt or gloss, in any colour. Veneer press, where a real wood veneer in oak, walnut, teak, ash or another species is pressed onto the core and lacquered. Laminate, a wrapped sheet finish that is hard wearing and economical for service areas and staff rooms. Prices start from AED 3,800 for the door and frame, with installation, removal, lock, handle, hinges and architrave itemised, and grooves, mouldings and design work additional. Most interior doors fall between AED 3,800 and AED 8,000.
Replacing the doors in an existing home
Many of our interior door projects are replacements in villas bought from a developer or in older houses in Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim and Mirdif, where the original doors are hollow and the frames are tired. We measure every opening, since openings in Dubai villas are rarely the same size twice, and make each door to its opening. The old doors and frames come out and the new ones go in, with the walls made good around the frames.

You receive shop drawings and physical finish samples. Nothing goes into production until you or your designer approve them.

Your door is factory produced to the approved drawings, with production updates as it moves through the build and a quality check before it leaves.

Our fitting team installs, adjusts and hands over the door, with one point of contact from the first visit to the last adjustment.

Can you replace all the interior doors in an existing villa?
Yes. We survey every opening, schedule the doors as one package and plan the installation room by room to keep disruption low.
Do you supply the frames as well?
Yes. Every door is supplied as a set with its frame or concealed frame, architrave where required, hinges and hardware.
Can interior doors be taller than standard?
Yes. Full height doors that run floor to ceiling are one of the most requested upgrades. See full height doors.
How long does a bespoke door take?
Lead time depends on the size, finish, hardware and how quickly drawings are approved. We confirm the programme in writing when you approve the drawings, and keep you updated during production.
What are your payment terms?
For made to order doors we work on 60 percent on approval of drawings, 25 percent at the midpoint of production and 15 percent on completion.
Do you supply handles and smart locks?
Yes. Every door is quoted with its hardware: lever handles, pull bars, hinges, closers and smart locks with fingerprint, face recognition or keypad access. We offer our signature range and the Devon Studio collection, and can fit a named smart lock brand on request. Choose your hardware in the door designer and we confirm availability with the quotation.
How much do interior doors cost in Dubai?
From AED 3,800 for the door and frame. Installation, removal, lock, handle, hinges and architrave are itemised, and grooves, mouldings and the finish choice move the price. Most interior doors fall between AED 3,800 and AED 8,000.
How many interior doors does a typical villa need?
A three bedroom villa usually has twelve to eighteen interior doors once bedrooms, bathrooms, maid room, store, pantry and garage access are counted. We schedule them all at the site measure.
Can all the interior doors be the same design?
Yes, and we recommend it. One design, one frame detail and one handle finish through the house, with the main door allowed to be more expressive.
Do interior doors need to be solid core?
For bedrooms and bathrooms, yes, for sound and feel. We use solid cores as standard.
Can interior doors be made taller than standard?
Yes. Full height doors to the ceiling are one of our most requested designs.
