We supply bespoke and fire rated door packages to interior designers, architects, fit out contractors and developers across Dubai. Send the door schedule and drawings, and we return a priced schedule, shop drawings, finish samples and, for fire rated sets, the Dubai Civil Defence certificates.

Priced door schedule
Every opening priced with its type, size, rating, finish and hardware.
Shop drawings
Elevations and sections for consultant review before production.
Samples
Physical finish samples for approval.
Fire rated sets
Fire rated door sets in 60, 90 and 120 minute ratings, tested to BS 476 Part 22 and supplied with the Dubai Civil Defence certificate and stamp.
Production updates
Regular updates through production so your programme stays accurate.
Installation
Installed by our team, with snagging closed before handover.
Working with designers
We work from your drawings and finish schedule and keep your design intent intact, from the veneer direction to the handle position. Your client gets a door that looks exactly as drawn, and you get one contact for every door on the project.
Commercial terms
Made to order packages are invoiced at 60 percent on approval of drawings, 25 percent at the midpoint of production and 15 percent on completion.

How we work
From site measure to installation
Four steps, one point of contact, and nothing made until you approve the drawings.
Site measure
We visit, measure the opening, check the wall build up and floor level, and talk through how the door should look and work.
Drawings and samples
You receive shop drawings and physical finish samples. Nothing goes into production until you or your designer approve them.
Made to order
Your door is factory produced to the approved drawings, with production updates as it moves through the build and a quality check before it leaves.
Installed by our team
Our fitting team installs, adjusts and hands over the door, with one point of contact from the first visit to the last adjustment.

Frequently asked
Do you work directly for interior designers?
Yes. We regularly work from a designer's drawings and finish schedule, and can quote the designer or their client directly.
Can you supply only, without installation?
Our preference is to install, because fit determines how a door performs and, for fire rated sets, whether the certificate stands. Speak to us about your project.
Do you handle bulk interior door packages?
Yes. Interior door packages for villas and apartment buildings are scheduled and produced together for consistency.
