From site measure to installation

Site measure
We visit, measure the opening, check the wall build up and floor level, and talk through how the door should look and work.
Drawings and samples
You receive shop drawings and physical finish samples. Nothing goes into production until you or your designer approve them.
Made to order
Your door is factory produced to the approved drawings, with production updates as it moves through the build and a quality check before it leaves.
Installed by our team
Our fitting team installs, adjusts and hands over the door, with one point of contact from the first visit to the last adjustment.

A door supplier and manufacturer in Dubai that does only doors
The Door Guild makes and installs doors for homes and projects across Dubai and the UAE: main and entrance doors, pivot doors, hidden and flush doors, interior and bedroom doors, bathroom doors, sliding, pocket and folding doors, and certified fire rated door sets. We do not sell from a catalogue. Every door is measured on site, drawn for its opening, approved by you, made to order and installed by our own team, with the frame, the hardware and the seals as one package.
Wooden doors made for the climate
Dubai heat and humidity move solid timber. Our doors are built on engineered cores with solid timber or veneer faces and solid lippings, finished in lacquer or PU systems that hold their colour in the sun. The result looks and feels like solid wood and stays straight. Walnut, oak, smoked oak, teak and mahogany veneers, solid timber, and lacquer in any colour are the usual finishes.
For homeowners, designers and contractors
Homeowners come to us for a single statement entrance door or for every door in a villa. Interior designers and architects send us their door schedules and finish boards and we draw, make and install to them. Contractors and developers use us for door packages on fit outs and handovers, including fire rated schedules with certificates. The trade page explains how we work with each.
What doors cost
Interior doors start from AED 3,800 for the door and frame and most fall between AED 3,800 and AED 8,000 once the finish, design and hardware are chosen. Main doors start from around AED 13,000 for the door. Installation, removal of the old door and hardware are itemised separately on every quote, and every door is quoted as a complete installed set after the site measure.
Hardware, smart locks and the designer
Doors are quoted with their hardware. We work with Olivari, Tupai and Devon for levers and pulls, and we fit smart locks with fingerprint, face, keypad, card and app access. The door designer lets you draw any of our door types with its finish, hardware and setting, add every door in the house to a schedule and send it to us in one message.

Frequently asked
Do you visit site before quoting?
Yes. Every bespoke door starts with a site measure, because the opening, wall build up and floor level decide the frame and fixing. We can give a guide figure from photos and sizes, and the final quotation follows the measure.
How long does a bespoke door take?
Lead time depends on the size, finish, hardware and how quickly drawings are approved. We confirm the programme in writing when you approve the drawings, and keep you updated during production.
What are your payment terms?
For made to order doors we work on 60 percent on approval of drawings, 25 percent at the midpoint of production and 15 percent on completion.
Do you supply handles and smart locks?
Yes. Every door is quoted with its hardware: lever handles, pull bars, hinges, closers and smart locks with fingerprint, face recognition or keypad access. We offer our signature range and the Devon Studio collection, and can fit a named smart lock brand on request. Choose your hardware in the door designer and we confirm availability with the quotation.
Are you a door manufacturer or a door supplier?
Both. Our doors are made to our drawings and specification, then installed by our own team. We also supply door packages to contractors on trade terms.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
All of Dubai, including the Palm, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Damac Hills, Tilal Al Ghaf, Jumeirah and Downtown, and projects across the UAE by arrangement.
Do you make wooden doors only?
Timber and veneered doors are our core work, including fire rated timber door sets. Ask us about glass and metal doors for a project and we will advise.
