About The Door Guild
The Door Guild does one thing: doors. Main and pivot entrance doors, hidden and interior doors, sliding doors and certified fire rated sets for Dubai villas, apartments and projects, each one measured on site, drawn, made to order and installed as a complete door set.
Why a door specialist
Most homes in Dubai get their doors from whoever is doing the rest of the work: the contractor, the joinery company, the fit out firm. The door is one line on a long quote, and it shows. The frame is not quite square, the hinges are the cheapest that fit, the paint does not match the wall, and the main door fades in its first summer. We started The Door Guild because a door deserves to be someone's whole job. Everything we do is about the leaf, the frame, the hardware and the way it closes, and nothing else.
What we make
Main entrance doors in teak, walnut, oak and painted finishes, solid or on an engineered core with a veneer press. Pivot doors at the scale of the facade. Hidden doors with concealed frames that finish flush with the wall. Interior doors for every room, panelled, grooved, flush or glazed, in PU paint, veneer or laminate. Sliding, pocket and folding doors. Fire rated door sets in 60, 90 and 120 minute ratings, in timber or steel, supplied with the Dubai Civil Defence certificate, including fire rated main doors and pivot doors. Hardware from brands we trust, and smart locks fitted and paired at installation.
How we work
Every door is measured on site, drawn and approved before it is made, produced to that drawing and quality checked before it leaves for site, then installed and adjusted by our team. You see the door on paper and in the samples before any timber is cut, and you deal with one contact from the first message to the last adjustment. In managed communities we supply the drawing and specification the community needs for its approval, and we do not start production until the approval is in hand.
Where we work
Across Dubai, in villa communities from Arabian Ranches and The Springs to Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Damac Hills, Jumeirah Golf Estates and Meydan, in apartments in the Marina, Downtown and the Palm, and on projects for designers, contractors and developers. Our projects show the doors in place, and our community pages show what suits each area.
What we do not do
We do not make aluminium and glass systems, and we do not do general joinery, kitchens or wardrobes. Keeping to doors is the point.

How we work
From site measure to installation
Four steps, one point of contact, and nothing made until you approve the drawings.
Site measure
We visit, measure the opening, check the wall build up and floor level, and talk through how the door should look and work.
Drawings and samples
You receive shop drawings and physical finish samples. Nothing goes into production until you or your designer approve them.
Made to order
Your door is factory produced to the approved drawings, with production updates as it moves through the build and a quality check before it leaves.
Installed by our team
Our fitting team installs, adjusts and hands over the door, with one point of contact from the first visit to the last adjustment.
