Doors in The Springs and The Meadows
Doors for The Springs and The Meadows
We make and install main doors and interior doors for the Springs and Meadows villas, matching the classic panelled look of the communities in a stronger build, and we supply the drawing the community needs before a new entrance door is approved.

The Springs and Meadows door
These are among the most established Emaar communities, and the villas share a classic look: cream and ochre render, pitched tiled roofs, and a panelled timber main door, often with a half glazed upper section. The doors we make for them keep the panelled character, a raised panel in mahogany or teak on a solid core, or a painted panelled door for owners who want a lighter entrance, with a mortice lock, brass or chrome lever and a door closer. The Springs villas have narrower entrances, so the leaf is usually a single door; the larger Meadows types take a wider leaf or a leaf and a half.
Interior doors
Springs and Meadows villas have a lot of doors for their size, and the originals are hollow flush doors that have usually been painted several times. A new set of panelled or flush doors, with matching frames and architraves and soft close hinges, changes the feel of the house more than any other single upgrade. We quote the whole villa as one schedule and install room by room so the house stays liveable.
Community approval for a new main door
Each of these communities is managed by Emaar Community Management, and the main door is part of the approved look of the villa. A change of door design needs a no objection certificate from the community management before work starts. Repolishing or refinishing the existing door, or changing its colour, is allowed as long as the style stays the same, and a new door in the same style is usually approved without difficulty. A new design, a different panel layout, a pivot in place of a hinged pair or new glazing is what needs the NOC. The owner or tenant applies for it. We supply the drawing and the specification the community asks for, and we do not start production until the approval is in hand, so nothing is made that cannot be fitted.

How we work
From site measure to installation
Four steps, one point of contact, and nothing made until you approve the drawings.
Site measure
We visit, measure the opening, check the wall build up and floor level, and talk through how the door should look and work.
Drawings and samples
You receive shop drawings and physical finish samples. Nothing goes into production until you or your designer approve them.
Made to order
Your door is factory produced to the approved drawings, with production updates as it moves through the build and a quality check before it leaves.
Installed by our team
Our fitting team installs, adjusts and hands over the door, with one point of contact from the first visit to the last adjustment.
Questions
Frequently asked
Do I need an NOC to change my main door in The Springs or The Meadows?
Yes, for a change of design or glazing. Repolishing, refinishing or a colour change in the same style does not need it. Emaar Community Management issues it, the owner or tenant applies, and we supply the drawing and specification.
Can you match the original panelled door design?
Yes. We draw the new door to the proportions of the original, in a solid core build with a mahogany or teak veneer press or a painted finish, so it passes the community look and lasts far longer.
