The Damac Hills entrance
Damac Hills villas have a clean contemporary facade in cream render with a sheltered porch, and the developer door is a flat painted leaf that most owners replace within a few years. The teak main door shown here is typical of what we make for the community: a solid core with a thick teak veneer press, a small glazed vision panel at the top, a black pull and a mortice lock, finished with a UV stable lacquer so the colour holds in the porch. It is a quiet upgrade that lifts the whole frontage.
Interior doors
Inside, Damac Hills owners tend to one of two directions: dark wenge or walnut flush doors with a matching frame and architrave, which suit the darker kitchens and wardrobes in these villas, or a white painted panelled set for a lighter house. We have fitted both, along with hidden doors to the maid room and store, and we quote every door in the villa as one schedule with the hardware chosen in the designer.
Community rules
Damac Hills is managed by the developer community management, which controls the external look of the villa. Repolishing, refinishing or changing the colour of the door in the same style is fine, and a new door in the same style is usually straightforward; a change of design needs approval from the community office first. We provide the drawing.

Drawings and samples
You receive shop drawings and physical finish samples. Nothing goes into production until you or your designer approve them.
Made to order
Your door is factory produced to the approved drawings, with production updates as it moves through the build and a quality check before it leaves.

Our fitting team installs, adjusts and hands over the door, with one point of contact from the first visit to the last adjustment.
